    Not sure if srs. At 5'11 145lbs, cutting is the last thing you should think about. Eat like its your job and then eat some more.

    No I'm recommending you eat. Forget the whole "clean bulk" concept. Find out your tdee and then start by adding 300-500 extra cals. How long you do it is up to you.

    Lol thanks for the laugh bud.

    In all seriousness you need to bulk up. Bodyfat is low as well as muscle mass. This is a good thing because at least you're able to stay lean, but you'll have to force feed yourself to get your muscle mass up. I recommend just drinking calories since you can afford to do so anyway, and they're a very easy way to put yourself in a calorie surplus. Thats really all you need to be in consistently to gain weight. Good luck
