Let me get to the point! I hurt, all over, all the time... well I think there might be one toe that does not hurt. I get up in the morn and can hardly move (this is without working out) and it does not go away. I heard someone once say it feels like the beginning stages of rigamortis. And it lasts all day! I am a custodian at work, so I walk about 15 miles or so a day. about 1/2 way though my shift the pain in my legs gets so bad, I can hardly walk, but I need to press through; but my job IS on the line because of this: I NEED something to change - as quickly as possible. I bought new shoes, and new insoles to see if that would help; with no change.
Any advice? Thank you!

If it didn't sound too bad I'd have asked things like mineral and salts levels in your diet (potassium, magnesium etc), cramps, sciatica and the like, but what you're describing sounds BAD... please get it checked by a doc level of bad.
I hope you find out and fix this quick. Get well soon, hang in there!Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.

Well, on the upside, if you can grit your teeth and get through this, once you're better - your mental fortitude to complete a hard set of squats will be off the scale!
Romans 5:3-5 I think was written about doing the 20-squat plan, and might be helpful now?
Good luck on the 2nd! Keep on keeping on going

Get yourself checked for gout - I lived with it for years without realising that was what I had. The classic sterotype is a painful foot but it affects all your joints rather like arthritis. It was only after I had a really big flare up and got it all under control that I realised how much pain I had been living with in areas like my knees, hands and back as well as feet.
Not saying this is what you have but it's worth ruling out.

OK, during my exercise this morning I came across a question...
All my exercise were fine, with no pain; but, there is one stretch I did after my exercise that hurt a lot in that same part of my hip. It was the one were I stand on one leg, and bring my left foot up to touch my rear, (don't know what it is called) - That hurt so sharp that I yelped.
My question is, should I continue doing that stretch, and press through the pain; or leave that one alone until it is better?

Sorry about all that it must be tough with having to work with it.
Im retired but still ache until i get moving and then only minor aches and stiffness.
Research anti inflammatory foods/diet.
You may be about to reduce your discomfort but probably won't get rid of it completely.
Everyone is different some have less or no pains and others like us have more.

I turn 35 this year, and I wake up barely moving in the morning. For the past 2 years I’ve got up a couple extra hours early to walk on the treadmill a few mins and stretch my hips. It makes a difference but I’ve learned that no matter what there’s some people who have these issues and there’s some guys 60 years old that don’t.
I will say my issues are back injury related but every since the injury I’ve got a handful of issues. Knee, ankle, hips, back.
One thing I’ll ask from dealing with this for the last 10 years, are you taking too much caffeine and are you getting enough sleep at night. If either of those are a problem I think you’ll be surprised at how much of a difference correcting them can make. When I don’t sleep enough I’m rough.

I have one cup of coffee in the morning - that is usually all - but I drink plenty of water to make up for it. As for sleeping, I don't know. I fall asleep quickly, I sleep solid through the night, I let my body wake up on its own; then about 3 hrs later, it feels like I never slept, I feel like I need to go back to bed.
As for my dr app. he figures it is bursitis. Not much they seem to do for that - just take Tylenol and Aleve. Anybody else have any other ideas what to do about that?

Bursitis isn't "fun" but I'd rather have that than a big list of other conditions I could name that your Doc could've said instead for your description in the original post.
Edit: GarageRat advice about diet and which foods help and which make inflammation worse is good.
My wife has a still undiagnosed why, systemic inflammatory problem, and got some benefit from Tumeric, nearly as good (for her) as constant low dose NSAID (like ibuprofen) but without the stomach side effects. You can try Tumeric (curcumin extract), hope it works for you. Don't know where your bodyweight is, but (if appropriate...) lighter is less load on the body when walking around.
