Thread: trail? Or accept the win? Accused of stalking protection order

Random tinder accused me of stalking & got CPO against me. Her lawyer tried to avoid trail and agree on the order. I refused.

My attorney told me 90% we will win or
wait 2 months & it will be dismissed by the judge. My attorney and cops told me shes emotional and unstable.

She believes I’m stalking her and part of me want to fight her illogical accusation in court but I feel stupid doing that if I can wait 2 months and the case will be dismissed

Well thinking logically why need to prove her wrong when all I’ve to do is wait few months till the order gets dismissed.

My lawyer says from the way she looked, she definitely wants to argue and fight in court. He recommended I shut up when she talks and not take it personally. He thinks she’s unstable.

I’m stranger, why does she have all this negativity towered me? I’ve no intention to ever deal with her but I wanna learn from this experience

I think your lawyer is right...the harder you try to plead innocent, the more stalker-ish you sound 😂 if he thinks it will get thrown out if you leave her to it, just leave her to it and leave her alone...if she has no proof, what’s the problem?
