I'm 17 and male who would like to start doing powerlifting with a 110kg deadlift, 67.5kg bench and a 92.5kg squat all without any equipment like a belt just a t-shirt and shorts and yes I know I did all of them with horrendous form and would like to know how I can increase my numbers and make sure my form is getting better along the way, any one got any advice/tips on where to start
First have basic good technique on all lifts.
You may want to get a qualified coach or trainer to look at each and give you some feed back.
Organize your training protocol around each lift not body parts like a bodybuilder.
Get a good simple easy to follow plan and stick to it without modifying it.
Be patient, sometime strength increases don't come as fast as we want but they will come.
If you ever consider lifting in a meet look up the organizations rules for each lift and try to follow them in your training if you can.
A training partner would be a plus, someone like mined that can spot you if needed and both have goals to shoot for.
Many orgs have raw divisions so equipment is not needed but a belt could be a plus.
Educate yourself with good information out there video and articles to form your own opinions on the lifts and programs but remember your a beginner so don't get to technical right now.
Sounds like you still are gonna want a linear program that is for novices. A 3x5 or 5x5 3 days a week is literally gonna be perfect for powerlifting considering all you do in powerlifting is three movements. So for an example off the top of my head (not saying to follow this[you can if you want] just something similar):
Day 1
Squat 3x5
Bench 5x5
Bent row 3x5
Pull ups 3x??? (Not sure your pull-up strength)
Day 2
Deadlift 3x5
Overhead press 5x5
Pendlay Row 3x5
Tempo bench 3x8
Day 3
Squat 3x5
Bench 5x5
RDL 3x5
Pull ups 3x???
I added in the overhead, pull-ups and rowing because they are basic functions the body performs that I believe should be trained no matter what you are doing.
