if you look at this split. your literally doing everything you need and if not more.cuz shoulders and arms are worked on push pull and upper days.. but not enough volume and you’re gnna be weaker at the end of the training session. u add shoulder and arm day and your ****ing mint so atleast you can use those muscles with 100% effort instead of doing them after using chest and back. Please LMK WHAT U THINK, and what you would change around, or if you have questions ask

For a solid intermediate to early advanced lifter with size in mind, I think the layout is good. Typically this would be PPL and UL with 2 off days but, if you can add in the extra arm and shoulder work AND recover from it adequately, then go for it.
Only changes I personally would make : Go a bit heavier on the UL days. Use PPL + arms for pure hypertrophy, then UL to tap into the myofibrillar side of things. Perhaps 5-10 reps.
Awesome progress

UL/PPL is solid. IME arms and shoulders are hit more than any other muscle group in your usual U/L or UL/PPL routine, so I’m not too keen on the added shoulders/arms day. If I needed more arm/shoulder work I would just add extra volume to the upper/push/pull days, but if you feel you benefit from an added day then go for it. The workouts themselves don’t look too bad. As mentioned above, it’s good to get strong in a variety of rep ranges for hypertrophy. Stay in the 5-15 range, but get a nice spread within that range. Eg. main lifts 5-8, assistance 8-12, accessories 12-15.
Here’s an example of what more varied rep work could look like for your chest by the end of the week:
Bench Press 3x5-8
Incline Press 3x8-12
Chest Flies 2x12-15
And for quads:
Squat 3x5-8
Leg Press 3x8-12
Leg extension 3x12-15
Etc. Another method is to just periodize reps if you prefer to keep all movements in a similar range.
