Hey peeps in forum I am new in the site and wanted what is the fastest way to burn fat and be fit with my routine. See I go about walking 2 miles a day three times a day, so that makes 6 miles per day. Though I want to build muscles to just the basic ones I don't want to need a treadmill or a bench press machine because that is what it means to build muscles... boo! I prefer going on doing things with what I can manage. For example those workouts with pushups and sit-ups and stuff I know it will be a hands on experience and it will do good for me. Please help I need to know what can I do to make the best of my exercise routine.

you can build a basic amount of muscle by doing bodyweight workouts at home, but you're not going to burn fat by doing some magical exercise. fat loss is the result of a sustained caloric deficit combined with resistance training
https://www.strongerbyscience.com/no-gym/ and also bodyweightfitness on reddit

It sounds like you're looking to do the bare minimum and expect rapid changes, doesn't work like that. As mentioned you can do some bodyweight exercises at home but the biggest factor in losing weight will be your diet which you haven't included. How many calories, protein, carbs, fats etc are you eating every day?
Bench: 365
Squat: 495
Deadlift: 535
