Pin Bench or Close Grip Bench for next block?

Next block of program starts next week. Which bench assistance should I choose?

    Block is:
    Day 1
Comp bench, top triple, double, or single, then several back off sets.

    Day 2
    2 count pause bench

    Day 3
    Pin bench or CG bench?
    Larsen

    Day 4
    T&G bench

I usually fail bench in the bottom half, so low pin bench might be useful for driving off the chest. But I'm already doing 2ct bench which trains the same thing. Close grip bench is longer range of motion, but I'm not sure if it trains raw power enough for my needs at present. Suggestions?

Pin and pause (I'll include floor too) while similar..
Aren't training the same thing really.

Pause will train the hell out of your back tightness holding it. pin won't, but will make sure you are laser precise in your groove.

Cgbp is always a good choice. Period.

Low pin will help your groove if that is your issue of touch point or press groove.

Id also consider tempo bench for a block. I had GREAT success with 5-1-0 and 600.

Some front delt work could help also with bottom half strength.
Plate raises and incline DB front raises(lying back).
I concur pause BP's are probably one of the best for bottom half.

All good suggestions, thanks guys. Think I'll do Low Pin + Larsen on Day 3, and CGT&G on day 4, with some front delt isolation if I can fit it in.
