Hi, so I started a “fat loss phase” around a month ago been feeling okay but as of late been a lot hungrier however the gyms have closed for the time being and I have no equipment other than a resistance band, should I raise cals up to maintenance until the gyms reopen & continue with the “cut” or just go to maintenance wait for them to open and go in to a slight surplus? I’ve noticed a few of my friends whom are the same age (18) are much bigger and stronger than myself which makes me want to just throw cutting out of the window for the foreseeable future however I’m not entirely sure on what would be optimal as I see a lot of people saying they’d rather have spent teenage years building muscle.
