Hi firstly thanks for taking the time to read any advise would be much appreciated
Have gain 1 stone bulking, (168lb now)
Believe I’m skinny fat, Waist is around 37”
While bulking I gained a steady 1lb per week sometimes little less
Started a cut 6-7 weeks ago along with tracking calories starting at 2300 down to 1900, all healthy foods Marco split as recommended
Now I’ve genuinely not lost a single pound, if anything it’s gone up a tad
I do have social anxiety and have read that could be the cause (high cortisol levels) or something could that really effect things? If so how do I work around this?

Cortisol is a symptom of stress, it's not a cause of weight gain. The function of cortisol is actually to mobilise energy.
Chronic stress affects people differently - some will get skinny, others will gain weight - but that's because of its effect on your appetite.
Reducing life stress is beneficial in many ways.
But losing weight IS entirely down to calories in and calories out ultimately.
