you are in shape, in your physical prime, and pissed off in your current relationship. you have presumably enough experience to know that a woman's problems NEVER improve, but just get worse over time

Take her phone away and tell her, in order to be with you, she must turn it off and focus her attention on her man while in his presence and stop talking about other women/BS or else. Be firm with your rules. Don't tolerate nonsense and reinforce as neeeded. She's not being respectful of your time, while obsessing over others, regardless of gender.
