I've got necrosis in my ankle, and it's pretty much collapsing in on itself. Four of the bones in and around my ankle are showing a significant number of fractures.
I used to be a triathlete, and only swimming is possible now, but pools are closed because of covid.
For a year I've been exercising with this issue, but the last 3 months I've ended up now on crutches as it's really gotten worse.
Really keen to know of any exercise programs that have been adapted for people who can't weight bear.
I have barbell, ez curl, hex bar, chin/pull up bar and landmine, plus dumbbells - not short of equipment.
Any recommendations, and any advice on trying to help bones repair?

It'd be easier if you were in a gym with seated machines/cable stations where you can keep your foot elevated or rest it on the floor/equipment, but at home do variations of your exercises seated or kneeling, or lying face down on a flat or incline bench.
You may want to get a padded box of some sort to hang your feet off of when kneeling if you need to keep the ankle at a set angle, or if you wear an ankle boot. Consult your doctor on repairing bones.
