I love doing activities to keep myself healthy and fit, I need to boost my energy! I am wondering which is a more effective exercise to boost your energy, Running? Weights or simple as body weight exercise or Maybe High intensity workouts?

I don't think specific exercises will boost your immune system.
Being healthy is what will do that and exercise obviously plays a part in making you healthy. But the choice of exercise is not likely to be crucial.
I would suggest some cardio and some weight training, not too much so that you get worn down over time - but enough to improve both your muscle condition and cardiovascular conditioning above what it would have been without training.

are you asking about energy level, or about healthy immune system? Those are two different things. Energy is in food that you eat. Gram-to-gram, bacon give you more energy than potato skins of the same weight. Or by "energy" you actually meant endurance performance? Or an alertness level? Or is it about anaerobic capacity?
But if you indeed want to boost your immune system, there is nothing better than ice bucket shower.
