Have a lumbar lower back strain from going too heavy on the t bar row and prob messy form too. Had an xray and mri so now just need to heal up and wait a little bit before I get back to the gym. Dr said strengthening my core would be very beneficial
What exercises would be good to strengthen the core? Ill see how I feel in a few weeks and will take it slow when I do lift again. Dr said for time being only think about rest and then stretches before I get back into the more serious lifting
