For years I've battled scapular issues. With proper scapular exercises I can alleviate the pain, but I have to continue doing them or it returns. I'm wanting to work in some other exercises. I was told years ago from physical therapy that chest and upper-trap work can be bad as it works against the scapula. I of course have my leg and core exercises, but was wondering what upper-body strength training exercises should be safe for me to do? Can I work my arms, overhead shoulder work, pull-ups/rows, etc.? Thanks.
