    Trying to come up with all in one drink

    I'm trying to find out what the strongest flavored Amino powder is. I like to mix and drink throughout the day in my gallon of water. Have tried a few and scivation extend has been my go to. Also looking to spike with other supplements that can be mixed in water and drank throughout the day. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

    There's little to no benefit in drinking aminos throughout the day.

    I had the same question - either he wants more bioavailability or some other compound interaction like mixing caffeine with l-theanine and MCT for stronger effects. Or?
