    Do you think i have bad genetics??

    Hello everyone..its my first post here...


    Im trying to gain some weight im 24years old 180cm hight 148ponds or 64kg weight

    im very flexible i mean overflexible cz of the years i spend doing stretches exercises..ex so some of my muscles are under developed..
    Any way it s been a months since i started going to the gym

    And im wondering if i have a bad genetics or im just ok
    I mean do i have narrow upper body with wide hips or ... Please give me some advices about how i can look bigger and what do you think

    Get on a lifting program and a diet to gain muscle/strength. You are lean already so you have that going for you.

    I'll share a pic from when I was 12yrs. older than you are. 18months of working out. Wide hips, still wore 36 waist, tried 34's and they ripped in half when I squatted down at work that day. Good luck and stick with it.

    you have a good proportions, low body fat and god shape of muscle. That is bright side, be happe with that because some of those thing can not change.
    But ofc you do not have muscle mass, so go ther and hit hard waights
