Hello guys,
I have seen your amazing videos on youtube so I ended up coming here for advice.
I recently started trying to get in shape(again). I have been close many times before but I never looked fit. Currently, I am sitting on 165kgs(364lb) and this is the heaviest I have been all my life. The issue I am currently having is pain. I am going on hikes and daily walks but the recovery is killing me. My whole body hurts. I am used to my muscles hurting but right now I am experiencing pain under my feet and my lower back on both sides(I assume due to the fat I stored there). Do you have any suggestions for me to follow to ease the pain so when I get up the next morning I can keep on going? Looking forward to hearing back from you guys all.
A brief endnote to tell you about my plans. My best friend is currently in the Korean army, he has 1.5 years left and I promised him I would be in shape and fit when we meet again. So I have a long process in front of me but I am motivated. My goal is to be between 90-95kgs(198-208lb).
I wish you all a great day,
Mr. NM

Have you considered other forms of cardio where you don't have to be on your feet? At least until you lose some more weight to take the pressure off, something like swimming or cycling.
Could also check if you're wearing good enough footwear for the activity, but I don't understand much about that so I can't really help but it's worth looking into.Brazilian Crew |<o>|
