    10 weeks progress - clean bulk

    So I'm 27 years old, 184cm i usually weigh 72kg around the year, but i was going through some **** and depression recently that i literally stopped eating until i got to 66Kg and I'm kinda tall so you can imagine how i looked like, my whole life i was a karate pro and trained for 16 years straight never lifted though, and my body was just like my forum profile pic.

    Anyway, i decided to lift and workout again 10 weeks ago, i set a diet plan to myself around ~3100 calories

    No junk food, natural and good fats only, most of my food is made with olive oil, grilled and boiled.

    I used Mass tech serving size 5 scoops i take 4 only.
    I used cell tech as well.

    I went from 68kg to 75kg. "79kg is my goal"
