Hey Guys,
Hope you are all safe and well.
I have been running and lifting (on Fierce 5) for about 10 months now. Lost some weight too: currently 5'10" and 158lbs at 45 years old.
Please tell me what you think ; what's next?
First two pics - 2014
Last two - after today's workout (apologies for bathroom quality)
Thanks as ever

I would say you have made tremendous improvements.
It all depends on your goals. You look 'fit', but fairly thin. That is a perfect physique for running, not so much is strength and mass are your goals.
Certainly an improvement regardless.RAW lifts

Agree with induced drag - definitely your work is paying off!
Hard to give more specific feedback depending on your goals.
What's next is up to you - but I'd say whatever it is if you show the same work and determination you will make progress! Why NOT?

Definitely better. And at 5'10 and 158, you're primed for a very slow bulk. Don't make the mistake nearly everyone makes (myself included) and that's to just get stupid with the calories. Martin Berkhan uses strength to weight ratios as a good metric: if you gain 3-4 lbs on the bar (higher bench, squat, etc) for every lb of bodyweight, then you're making good (mostly) lean gains. But if you gain 1 lb of weight on the bar for 1 lb of bodyweight, then that's a gain that's mostly fat.
