    Cut transition

There was a similar post but I couldn't find it so just creating a new one.

When transitioning from a cut to a bulk, from my understanding you will gain significant weight from water/ glycogen. For how long should I expect this significant weight increase to go on for? Until this weight increase has leveled, I wont be able to find my average weight each week correct? I want to know ensure Im gaining 0.5lbs a week (2lb a month) to minimize the fat gain. And is it just me that has developed some anxiety in gaining fat after a long cut?

You don't actually need to know. Just keep gaining ~0.5 lb per week. You'll have to adjust calories over time anyway.

The increase in water glycogen weight and food residue will even out by itself.
