    Question Can I eat for 4 days and fast for 3.

    I don’t want to lose weight I want to build muscle and cut access calories consumed in the 3 day fasting period. I do back and legs, Then fullbody, rest, Legs(dats in the 4 day period of eating) fullbody, rest, upper body(during fasting) I’ve only just started this. Let me kno if it’s not a good idea and y?

    Fasting is useless for the most part. Wouldn't do it
    The best personal trainer you can invest in is YOURSELF.
