Is this a decent quick full body dumbbell workout?

    Warm up with 50 pushups
    DB incline bench press 5 x 12
    DB lying or bent-over rows 3 x 15
    DB squats 3 x 15
    tricep kickbacks 3 x 15
    lateral raises 3 x 15

I'm a busy guy and I work out at home 3 times a week. I don't have time for anything crazy. I'm not interested in getting huge. I just want to put on a little muscle so I don't look like a twig. As you can see, I don't care too much about my legs. I'm most concerned with my shoulders, upper pecs, and triceps.

For the incline press, I know I'm supposed to aim for 8 to 12 reps to trigger muscle hypertrophy, but will I still get the benefits of that if I'm able to do the first set for 15 to 17 reps?

Also, can DB squats be replaced with lunges?
Most of it is just satire. Relax.
