I desperately need help replacing meat

I’m not sure if its meat but please read this and help me out, I’m pretty desperate. I’ve had issues for 3 months now with bloating. I’ve tried pasta instead of rice. At first I thought garlic was doing it because I improved drastically without it. But it just keeps coming back.

Ive tried smaller meals and adding one meal to space out but even then bloating happens although minimal. Yesterday I had stuff to do so I had to fit 8oz of ground turkey and 360 cals worth of rice in one meal with an egg and I literally looked pregnant.

    My diet is:
Meal 1 cheerios, almond milk, sunflower seeds, banana

    Meal 2: 4oz chicken breast, salad/zucchini, 1/3 Avacado, 1.5 serving brown rice

Meal 3: 4oz ground turkey, salad/zucchini, 1 whole egg, 1.5 serving brown rice

    Meal 4: 4oz chicken breast, salad/zucchini, 1/3 Avacado, 1.5 serving brown rice

Meal 5: 4oz ground turkey, salad/zucchini, 1 whole egg, 1.5 serving brown rice

    Meal 6: 4oz chicken breast, salad/zucchini, 1/3 Avacado, 1.5 serving brown rice

As you can see very repetitive but as clean as i can possibly get. All low FODMAP too.

Kind of losing my mind at this point. Nutritionist and gastro not helping at this point.

Roughly 2600 cals, Im tryinf to bulk and if I can’t tolerate 2600 cals, idk how I can bulk at 5’6 without carbs

    187g protein
    89g fat
    Around 300g carbs

There are tons of reasons to be bloated even outside of diet

High stress both de and eu
    Not chewing properly
Poor stomach acid / drinking with meals
    Eating in a hurry
    Poor sleep
Food intolerances can and will happen regardless of how you follow low FODMAP
    GI issues
    Prolonged gaining phase
Artifcial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, fizzy drinks, using a straw etc

    Just to name a few

Whats prolonged gaining phase? Csuse I was bulking on 3200 cals for about 6-8 months I’d say before this happened. And also whats the best way to figure this out?

I'm no expert, but maybe you have an intollerance to rice? Could you try substituting whole wheat bread or a pasta for the rice? Maybe brown the ground turkey, add some spaghetti sauce and put it on your preferred pasta. Take your chicken breast and put in between 2 slices of bread with avacado slices.

I will try this. The thing is my diet has been the same for the most part. Before this, I would have two big servings of brown and white rice, 3 protein shakes, rice cakes, peanut butter twice a day along with a serving of almonds and oatmeal. I would have 5 big meals per day every day for roughly 6-7 months.

So if I do have an intolerance I think it could have happened recently. I will try what you say.

I wouldn't reduce your fiber intake. 35g is good. That's pretty much the recommended amount.

Also we all bloat throughout the day from food intake. That's normal. Your stomach will stick out a little more at night compared to first thing in the morning.

Stop the avocado for a few days.

Avocados are another popular healthy fat but should be proportioned wisely. They contain salicylates, which cause gas, bloating, and stomach pain, so eating too much could result in adverse effects.

I've been a fan of Prego 3 meat sauce since 1987 during my college days. Paul Neuman's is better, but it costs more.
