The "IQ" thing became a meme from a League of Legends streaming pro (Pobelter) who called a play because he had "200 IQ" and it happened as he expected. Soon, Twitch chat began spamming "200 IQ" for any impressive prediction play and it spread to other games. Similar in usage to Big Brain/4D Chess/5Head. And of course the meme evolved to include more exaggerated numbers, as well as accommodating low/negative IQ to meme dumb plays.
