    Bigger Leaner Stronger (Mike Matthews) Training Log

    Ok so can't post the link to my google sheet bc I'm new but attached is the excel export.

    I'm pretty much as beginner as you get and am starting to look at the board here and learn more. I'm doing this basic workout program by guy named mike matthews called bigger leaner stronger and it's my 2nd program ever. I did y3t previously. Any thoughts on the exercises here if this is something worth sticking with or any red flags?

    My only goal rn is reducing BF from 15-20% down to 8-12%. I play rugby T/Thu/Sat socially and being on a calorie deficit I didn't want a grueling lifting program.

    PS please let me know if I'm posting in the wrong forum or if I shouldn't make this a new post or stuff like that. I'm new to this message board. Thanks guys curious to see if anyone else has done this program. Or if anyone wants to look at my training log and share thoughts.
