    I am 192 cm, 94kg. I have been working out for a few years(3-4), but have been little/no training the last year. I decided to begin again around a few weeks ago, and now i am currently running a P-P-L-P-P-L-R. According to a TDEE calc, my maintainance is 3.502 calories. I work out 6 times a week, plus i have an active job(and a dog).

    GOAL:
    My goal is to lose a little fat to begin with, before i start to bulk up again.
    What should my macros look like?
    Should i decrease my calories each week, or should i just stay put on a set calorie intake for a few months, before i increase it slowly to a bulk.

    Your ability to compose a post is regressing.

    Also, your TDEE has increased 400 cal/day.

    Week 9-12
    180g P - 80g F - 120g C
    And after these 12 weeks i calculate my tdee and go from there. Is this an ok way to do this?

    If you want to build muscle while you lose weight try to lose 1-2 kg per month. Adjust calories accordingly.
