    Hi everyone! :)

    I have been struggling to lose weight for years! Some doctors told me that it is about hormones, the other that I need to change my nutrition... But, I found out that it is all about metabolism. Do you have any recommendations?

    Reduce your energy intake, and/or increase your energy expenditure.

    Reduce calories
    Expect to be hungry, this is normal. You can compensate by eating bulky low calorie foods like vegetables and lean meat

    Apart from that, support your body composition changes with resistance training - otherwise you lose muscle instead of fat which is bad for everyone, not just men.

    Doctors are the worst when it comes to weight loss and nutrition.

    That said just eat\drink fewer calories on a weekly basis and read the stickies at the top of the forum.
