    Golden turmeric?

    Hey everyone, I’m wondering how many grams, if any, of turmeric you guys take?

    I’m taking 2g of this product every night. https://www.simpletribe.com.au/golden-turmeric-latte

    Not really sure if it’s doing anything in terms of inflammation. I’m on a cut so I always feel more run down than usual.

    Opinions?

    Also I’m taking
    -Creatine
    -Multi
    -ZMB6+
    -2g Golden Turmeric
    -Greens powder if needed

    Anything else I should add? I suppose a fish oil would be good?

    The active component of turmeric that is supposed to help with inflammation is curcumin which has terrible bioavailbility so you need to consume a ton of turmeric to get the benefits and then it could be detrimental. That's why supplements tend to use enhanced delivery methods i.e. cyclodextrin, lipid binding etc.

    I see.... I really just want to know how many grams to have a day to get the benefits. Reading through that has me confused as fk

    I'm taking 2 grams of that golden turmeric powder which is 56% turmeric so I'm only having a gram a day. Enough or na?
