Correct way to position myself on bench to perform dumbell pullovers?

Am I supposed to lie on the bench the same way you would for bench press or lie sideways like I've seen many people do for this exercise?

The best way is to get off the bench, put the dumbbell back and walk over to the pullover machine

Funny, but I workout at home with free weights so that I can't do.

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.

    Here's what i do.
Lay over a BOSU ball and i use a kettle bell in each hand.
The BOSU molds to your back in a natural way,i have the back of my head touch the floor and the kettlebells because of the way the weight is off set and i can move my arm in the position that feels best for me.
Start light with maybe 8kgs each hand then go from there.
A good feel in the lats and way more comfortable.

I do them on the decline bench at the end of push day.
I hadn't heard of the exercise before though (or realized other people do them for lats), I just wanted to hit the upper pecs with that motion and the decline bench hits that location really well for me.

Seems most people do them flat, and many seem feel it in their lats. Idk, maybe the flat position puts more % of the load on the lats? Never tried them flat.
