    Need to Lower LDL Choelestrol

    Hey folks,

    Anyone been in my situation?
    I have 130 LDL choelestrol and would like to bring it down to <100

    I eat chicken and fish mostly, thinking of changing it to plat based protein food for a day or two.

    Any recommendations

    Limit saturated fats.. I’d suggest keeping them under 20g a day

    For fiber... just eat more high fiber foods: fruit, veggies, whole grains, bean/legumes/pulses
