    Smile Need a workout program recommendation

    Hey, i have been working out for like 5-6 years. I have taken some breaks, but it was not more than 2 months for like 3 times or so. Now i have been stuck with my physique for the last 2-3 years and havent made any noticeable progress, because i was not serious about it, so i didnt make sure my diet and program was on point, i just went to the gym because it was a habit. I am 21 years old, 6 foot 5, about 205lbs. I havent squated/deadlifted for the most of my bodybuilding journey, because i couldnt get the form correct, or my long limbs couldnt take the pressure, its one of the two, so these lifts are really bad. I can bench 225; Squat 200; Deadlift 275 or so. My question is, what exercise program should i try, to really spark new muscle growth? Would be best 3-4 times a week because I am studying and working, but no more 5x/week. Attached a photo of current form.
