Personally on a weekday, I crank the PC on at 10pm and game for an hour or so.
On the weekends maybe 2 hours a day.
When I was 14 or 15, I used to game 8 hours a day of Dota in WC3.
Fkn addictive personality vanquished.

How many hours a day do you spend gaming?

Zero.
When i was younger. 4 to 8 hours a day playing cs,lol,wow.
Its still addictive, played wow again 1 year ago and got hooked up. Uninstalled it just because it's a waste of time
After 20, i think your priorities should be different than leveling charachter.
I sure do miss the dopamine rush. Sometimes i just wanna install something and play all day

I just like playing an hour or lesss of CS:GO at night when I clock off work....
Thing is I used to actually love it for hours and hours a day, but now I'd rather just chill instead of going ham on the gaming.
Every time I am on for more than 45 mins it's like "wow, I am wasting my life"I believe in something greater, than my self - I believe in a better world: a world without sin.

Weekdays now days, pretty much never unless it's something REALLY addicting like New World.
Weekends 4-8 hours a day now that I'm playing WoW again with the prepatch and shadowlands expansion. I've always main'd a frost DK since end of wotlk. But never really went through all of wotlk content.
Now with the revamped leveling experience I created a new frost DK that will be my main, that I am leveling in wotlk.

I'm lucky to get 2 hours a day now. I never understood how people could get old and play so much less, but now.. I'm old and play less..
I used to play 12 hours+ minimum all the way from 9th grade until college graduation

Depends on the day. Weekdays could be 1 to 3. I've been averaging around 1 hour so far. Weekends I can do 5+ easy, but that's rare down since I don't want to blow the entire day. Sunday I only played 2 rounds of The Last of Us and turned off the system. With winter and PS5 coming those hours gonna get ramped back up. Will get up early and handle all my business on the weekends then game for 4+ hours Saturday/Sunday.
As long as I get the important things done, it makes no difference to me.

1-2 most days, if I get a full day off and have nothing to do I can go for 12+ and still want more but that's rare.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

This is what I hate about gaming. Makes time goes by, it's the reason I tone down the hours. That said, when I'm not gaming I'm not doing anything productive either.
On the weekends when PS5 comes out I'll game around 7am-10am, then hop back on at like 8pm. Everything in moderation really. When you get up early you can do more things.

yeah when I was in my final years of college I saw some of my older friends get jobs and fall off the map
"that will never be me. I'll always make time for gaming with the homies"
then the real world happens and now its a chore to get online
right now it's just Apex, Catan, and Among Us (ayylmao)
just games where I can hop in for an hour session and feel accomplished
1-2 hours a day is nothing for something like OSRS or WoW+++ Positive Crew +++

So random. Some days none. Some 2-3 hours. Every now and then I'll pull an all nighter.
Just depends on how much I had to do that day and how long I wanna stay up after putting the boy to sleep.
The love for gaming is still there. If my wife and son ever went somewhere without me for a while, trust that I'd be playing for hours and hours.***The Misadventires of Gandalf the Black***

Too much since COVID struck. Looking at around 3-4 hours per day since March. Overall, 1-2 hours per day on average. Lately, I've been pulling all-nighters almost once every week, usually Saturday night to Sunday morning.
Either playing Among Us, COD etc with friends or playing Mount&Blade 2bbsitum crew*
