I have arms day tomorrow and I was wondering what everybody's favorite workout is? I do a dumbbell only regiment, so I'm pretty limited. But I would say concentration curls are my favorite.

I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be engulfed, every hill shall be exalted and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.

Pull ups (grip neutral and @slightly wider than shoulder width), dips, push ups, planche progression, front lever progression.
I am not a hard gainer. These are more than enough. My arms are big, lots of separation, especially on triceps, not much of a peak on biceps though. And I like it like that.☆☆☆USA яєω☆☆☆

I think this basic one will fit your needs:
Cable Curl – 3x 8-12
Tricep Pressdown – 3x 8-12
Alternate Dumbbell Curl – 3x 8-12
Lying Triceps Extension – 3x 8-12
Reverse Curls – 3x 8-12
Before going to the gym or exercising at home, I always check the web for different workouts.
Anyway, I am a total newbie in fitness, so I'll be pleased to get advice from all of you.

The right answer is usually "it depends" And those that talk in absolutes should almost certainly be ignored unless you want to buy their stuff.
