thought maybe i could also get motivation here
    im 21 and i started at 152kg
    right now im at 145kg
yesterday we had a familly dinner and after 3 weeks of being in a diet
    I let loose
    ate everything i saw
    i want to avoid that
i feel like im eating the same every day
    2 meals per day
lunch is either chicken breast or salmon with rice noodles or whole rice
dinner is vegetables with an omlet and tuna and sweet corn with 2 slices of whole wheat bread
snacking has always been my problem so i bought low calorie one's

the answer is IIFYM (flexible dieting), eat whatever you want as long as you're in a caloric deficit. just make sure to eat enough protein and fat

by the way, you don't need to eat that little calories to lose weight if you're 150 kilos... i eat that when i'm cutting @ 65 kg

That's a very individual choice. Get myfitnesspal on your phone or computer and experiment...

Put things you normally eat into it and see where you get to if you
    a) set a maximum calorie intake of maybe 2000 cals
    b) get at least 120g of protein - this can be tricky if you don't eat much meat. Eggs, low fat dairy, wholegrains, beans etc. can help increase your protein-to-calorie ratio.

Once you have used an app like Myfitnesspal for a few weeks, the logging gets faster due to the app storing most of the entries that you have already made making it a lot easier to find/log the same foods after the first time.

Each "Meal" section can store four pages of past entries meaning that ultimately you can have nearly a hundred different foods listed for each meal to go back to pick again quickly.

At that point, you just need to adjust the entry for the weight of the item and click "add to meal".

The reason you binged is because your diet is overly restrictive. Eat 3 times a day, hell eat 4 or 5 times a day if you want, but yeah, you need to track your calories and MFP is an excellent way to do it. Set your calories at 2200-2300 and just stick with that for as long as you can. You could probably even lose weight successfully for quite a while at 2500 calories as long as that is a strictly tracked number and not a "guestimated" 2500.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    What he said ^^^.

Don't go so far restrictive that you end up crashing. Its not sustainable. This has to be a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet.
