So I’m new here, im a middle age female & I have spent the last 3 1/2 years earning my nursing degree. However, I’m 140ish kg’s and NOT feeling like I real deserve the title as my body doesn’t reflect the level of professionalism It should.
So I’m here to ask for some help, my goal that it is to loose weight Of corse, but, also want to be Very toned. I’m nearly 6ft, have no idea as to how to go about it. However, I am prepared to do what it takes. .... if I can survive nursing school....anything is possible
As mentioned, it's about calories. Counting is best to ensure results happen - some people can rely on their appetite - but in many cases appetite is exactly what got you there in the first place...
Read the "basics" sticky thread. Do some kind of movement every day. Do a well known weight training routine (don't try to make your own) - look in the sticky threads in the Workout Programs forum for the ones we recommend and can support you on.
