Has anyone ever done any research on this? I am curious at what one should expect for a rate of muscle loss if they remained sedentary not doing resistance training but kept a good diet hitting protein and fat minimums. For example if you had to have a surgery and would be unable to train for 2-12 weeks. Just curious if anyone knew about this.
