Hola, currently I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and did this consequently with proper nutrition since three months. I’m 17 yo/190cm/85kg/~18-20bf%
I thought about doing body recomp as I am 1. Skinny fat 2.young 3. A beginner therefore I should have the optimal position for doing that.
Well the idea behind that is too have a surplus on trainingdays and a deficit on rest days. Now my question is 1. Whether I should do it or not vs bull 2. How should balance the calories? 100 on/500 off? 150/750? 200/1000? So I can have rather balanced calories with a slight deficit.
