    Can i (should i) still do a creatine loading phase?

    Hi all, quick one for ya. I've been taking creatine for weeks at this point, I feel like around two maybe three weeks at most. I never did a loading phase just started at and have continued taking 5g. I was wondering if I can still dona loading phase or if it would even make a difference. I'm guessing the loading phase is specifically for when you're just starting. Also, i havent had meat in a year, no idea if that matters. im new to creatine and just wanted some more experienced knowledge. Thanks!

    Just commenting if anyone was wondering.

    Creatine (if loaded for one week) will take effect after that week.

    If taken regularly (5g per day) it will take about 3 weeks to a month to take effect.

    Loading is a waste of money IMO
