Looks like classic front delt development from lots of pressing.

Rear are smaller anyway. Just train them. If someone tells you that you have good or bad genetics what can you do about it anyway?

Do you even do isolation work for your rear delts? Mine blew up from learning how to actually activate them. Make sure to do face pulls for shoulder health as well as specific rear-delt isolation work. Maintain your diet and train effectively and just wait. lol It is stupid how simple it is when you type it out...

Start making them a priority if your concerned.
Do them first every shoulder day.
Use a wide variety of movements, sets, reps and protocols.
Find what works well for you.
I find higher reps work better for me on delts especially rear but it doesn't mean i haven't done heavy weighted movements either.
On delt work and with rear delts feeling them is very important.
    Good luck.

Folks often do not do enough strict transverse extension as it's much harder and less of an ego stroke than rowing with a lower motion.

When fully developed, everyone's shoulders will look different. That's true. But you need to develop them first.

The best delts I've ever seen were on a woman who did 100s of band pull a parts and face pulls. She'd did them at many different angles.

You have to find out what works. It's probably going to be high reps and more frequent.

OP, both front and rear delts look fine. Small but fine. Keep training to get some size and isolate rear delts with face pulls.

Front delts are grown from bench press, rear delts from bent over side-raises. Mid delts, of course, are grown from cycling and are the absolute giveaway for fake natties.
