    Post Tighten upper body exercises.

    Hey, hope everyone is well!
    2018 was 110kgs
    Lost weight trained at home dropped to 68kg (lowest) by mid 2019.
    2019 September joined the gym put on a bit of weight and muscle and fat.
    Now at a point feel like if I lose weight I get too skinny(size Xs) but still with skinny belly .
    Right now size small to medium look good in T-shirts but as soon as the top comes off tummy flab and mini man tits .
    Any exercises or particular diet recommended?

    My diet is usually good chicken breast, 5% lean mince rice and broccoli.
    I do have days when I have takeaways or a couple of beers on the weekend but I am guessing that’s only 20% of the diet. Right?
    Ps I do drink gin every night.

    Exercise:
    Gym 5 days
    Chest 2days
    Shoulder 1 day
    Legs 1days
    Back 1day

    Post pictures (you can upload them to your bodyspace). I think it highly likely we are going to tell you to do a mass gain phase.

    It would also help to tell us what routine you've been doing lately and what your maximum effort main lifts are.
