    Strange muscle dullness/tingling

I’m going to physical therapy and getting acupuncture done. I also see a chiropractor. But the issue I’m having is primarily in my left lat and my traps. Never any pain when lifting at all. Sometimes I’ll feel this tingle and dullness in my lat when lifting which could then last a few hours but never pain when lifting.

It feels good when touching and massaging the area, but nothing has changed. I’ve tried taking time off, which helps and the issue seems to disappear in the lat only, but it just comes back.

Just today i felt amazing but then was squatting and I guess my left arm being back holding The bar caused my left lat and left trap to trigger. Trap had a very slight pinch when I move in certain directions, particularly when nodding sometimes.

I went to PT today and he used some stim on my tris and bis and they were very reactive. He said there are notable muscle discrepancies. I also noticed recently the area where the tricep meets the shoulder is tender. It’s also now shooting down to my forearm and causing part of my forearm to have this strange sensation that feels like a tingling on the skin rather than muscle. When i press on part of the muscle, it’s tight, sore and slightly painful.

Is this just something that comes with bodybuilding? Is there something I can do? I’m really at a loss because it’s killing my motivation and momentum. I can’t seem to really improve. I’ve been lifting for a littke over a year now.
