    Adjustable Bench (Incline/Decline) Exercise Alternatives?

If you don't have access to an adjustable bench, what alternative exercises can target those same muscle groups?

Personally, I have a rack and a landmine, but am curious to hear in general what muscles are really targetted by incline/decline presses, and what alternatives exist. Thanks in advance!!!

For incline presses, either weighted decline pushups (feet up on chair) or landmine presses bringing the bar down in front of you to your sternum with hands clasped. More upper chest focused than BP.

For decline presses, you can do weighted incline pushups or just do some forward leaning dips - but you can prob also just skip these. More lower chest focused than BP.
