Hello, i have a question. I always did squats with toes slightly to the sides and stance shoulder-width. Last week, i tried really narrow squats, with toes pointing straight and no space between legs, like really narrow squats and i really liked it, i felt good with that position, but i rarely see anyone doing squats with that stance.
So my question is -> can i do those narrow squats normally, will it develop my legs like normal shoulder-width squats if ill be progressing ? Thanks

For bodybuilding the narrow stance squat is a good one for the outer(sweep)of the quads.
The issue with very close stance is balance and stability with a free bar.
These are better done IMO with a leg type machine, hack squat, leg press or smith machine.
No balance required and you can focus on working quads.
I would though still do some different stance work in your training,it balances things out for better all around leg look.
