Unhappy Losing inches but scale won’t budge

Hi all, I’m here because it’s been 5 weeks since I hired a coach to help me with my fitness goal. I am female 210 pounds, 5’4 and 25 years. I have been lifting since I was 18. My diet was not good but I managed to get from 230 to about 206 on my own within a year. I finally hired a coach and she’s amazing.

Unfortunately, she gave me my macros: 162P , 184 C, 47 F totaling to about 1804 calories to start with because prior to meeting her, I was eating around 900 calories on the week day and going crazy on the weekends. So we started my calories a bit low to be safe.

After putting me on the 1804 , I went from 206 to 211 in 2 weeks. I was also exercising 4x weight training split and 20 min cardio 4x a week. After two weeks , she dropped 25 grams of carbs and so total calories came down to 1704.

So after 4 weeks of working with her we access my measurements and weight. I have lost inches everywhere. I actually dropped a whole dress size, everything is loose on me. Why in the world I’m I now 210 and my clothes are hanging off me for their dear life?

My goal is to loose weight and I understand that losing inches is losing fat . I get it, I get it. But I am a woman, and it’s encouraging to just see the scale drop and get out of that 200 pound mark. I didn’t think I’ll pay to gain more weight and this is frustration. I also read that maybe my body is going through a body recomp period. But like geez, how much muscle can I be possibly building in 4 weeks.

Is something wrong with my macros. Can anyone just tell me what they think I can tweek. Having a coach is not cheap and I certainly don’t want to pay to gain weight when my main goal is to loose weight.

Thank you for reading . I hope someone replies with input.
