    RSP Prime-T and DHEA

Have not found too much on RSP Prime-T. There is quite a bit on DHEA. Seems to me DHEA works fairly well for older men. Perhaps. It has issue with estrogen though. But Prime-T uses aromatase Inhibitors. So in certain theories, these two together should benefit the older (natty of course or why bother even talking about these sups) lifter.

Any constructive thoughts out there. Hopefully from a guy with some background use of these supplements.??

    Thanks

Think about this for a second, if it worked well you'd need a prescription.

Yes, in theory DHEA and an aromatase inhibitor would work together, in practice the over the counter stuff is going to be so weak you shouldn't waste your time.

Pretty much this. If you can buy it over the counter at the store, it's useless.

If that is true for this, that leads to idea it true for everything for sale on this site. Why don't we log off from here and juice it?

I personally believe there are means for older men to increase T levels naturally. Lifting alone is one way. In addition to that and diet, I do believe some supps work to help the course of action in various ways. Evidence be dated. Lol

I'm surprised no reps chimed in. Seems this site has slowed Waaaay down.

I do believe in Prime-T. Been in it for some time.

I recently started DMEA and have seen a jump in my lifting potential and results.

No. I have not PACKED ON 10 POUNDS IF HARD MUSCLE IN ONE WEEK!!!. I would if I did what I suggested above. Thats for G Damn sure.

But for various reasons I've never "shot" over to the dark side.

I have been on a tear recently though. After Covid I set up my old equipment in the basement, not having a gym to use during the shutdown.

I readjusted to my old equipment. Then I began the DMEA. Ive tried some other things too. But the DMEA seemed to push things a bit.

I also recently purchased a $25 Landmine attachment. Best $25 I have EVER spent.

My last chest day had me so pumped and vasulicar, I'm not sure I've ever looked that intense. And I'm older, if course, than ever. 58.

Of course there are so many variables at work, you could say just about anything I suppose.

But I've had some experience with supplements, enough to make basic judgements. I think.

Blue Steel, I added a photo on my page. Check it.

    Thats at 155 lbs. B/W.

I'm about to hit a 200lb bench for first time in a Long time.

Understand I'm not a big Max pound lifter. And I've had injuries. My left side much more difficult to grow. Spinal degeneration, ect.

When it comes to OTC supplements for the most part that is true. No need to listen to anyone else though, try it yourself, keep careful notes and see if your own data shows it's effective...or not. Here's the standard I use: There have to be at least three studies showing statistical significance and relevant benefit by different researchers, studies with a conflict of interest count for half. That eliminates most of the garbage and leaves a few items that likely do something. All the ones I use are essentially just concentrated food in one version or another (creatine, fish oil, whey protein, vitamins/minerals, curcumin, glutamine) plus caffeine.

Things I don't currently use that likely have value in some situations: Leucine, Beta-Alanine, Capsaicin, Green Tea

Things with mixed results or use with caution: CLA, Yohimbe, DHEA, Ephedrine

Sadly there is no magic pill, just discipline and hard work.

So you have not tried either Prime-T nor DHEA?

What supplements do you use? What effect(s) have they produced?
