    Resistance Band Training

    Hey all,

I'm 39, and really looking to get back into getting my body back to what it was a few years back when I was lifting. Obviously right now is crazy with gyms being closed, and exercise equipment being inflated 3-4x what it was only a few months ago.

I'm just sick and tired of how far I've let myself go, and I really want to get that toned body and ditch my current dad bod. Currently, I'm 6ft, 205lbs (93kg), roughly 25% BF, constantly achy, and my posture has taken a **** since my 9-5 job is at a desk. I've been following James Grage on Youtube, and bought a set of resistance bands. Great deal for just over $100 and can do just about anything until prices come down on racks/plates/bars/etc. I'm loving the fact that I can have a pretty decent home gym for around $300 in total (exercise ball, mat, bands, gloves)

Does anyone have experience using these? Recommend a beginner program?
