Any exercises to help fix forward head posture/general bad posture?

I suffered a concussion last summer and since then i've had trouble fixing my forward head posture. I think it may be because I spent a lot of time resting at home after my head injury, and the muscles on the neck just got super weak. I've been aware of it and try to fix my posture all day, but seems like my posture just keeps reverting back.

Without knowing your exact problem and it’s cause, you probably won’t get a good answer here. Maybe see a physiotherapist.

I spent so much money on them... I seen 3, but they're bull****. $80/30 minutes. They just sports tape my neck or show me some exercises like chin tucks and head to ear, which I do every morning and hasn't helped. Literally had two sessions where they just massaged my neck.

Do the chin tucks before your workout and then take that neck posture into all of your exercises. Keep doing chin tucks between exercises to remember the proper posture and also do a bit more work on your pulling muscles than your pushing

Yes, aware of the fact he lifted fake weights and he has clickbait titles and that guy Jesse looks like an unwashed caveman, but his advices regarding injuries and posture is quite good.

That sucks but unfortunately many doctors just do a general cookie cutter monad pop rehab.
A sports doctor would be a much better choice.
I will offer my advise but i am not a doctor and only speculating so what ever you do your doing it yourself.
I might start with some thoracic extension workman easy foam rolling of the upper back and just laying on the roller with neck gently stretched back trying to touch back of head to floor.
Stay in a relaxed position for a period of time a couple minutes maybe.
I would actually encourage some neck work in this case with a neck harness a very light weight for reps.
Strengthening the back of the neck muscles may help pull your head up straighter.
You could eventually progress into more challenging neck work to strengthen it further.
Boxers do neck work to help from getting knocked out from the neck snapping back as well as MMA fighters.
If start do it carefully with light weight and see how it feels for you.
    Good luck.

I always found farmer's walks and front squats both particularly helpful in promoting better posture.

I don't think the issue is incompetence mainly, we shouldn't expect generalists to have super specific knowledge It's literally impossible.
What I think does perpetuate issues are the "professionals" who are unwilling to say "I don't know, but I'll try to refer you to someone who might" and instead badly guess.

Get a foam roller and roll your upper back. Find a video on youtube to show you the form.

Get a massage to work everything out up there.

The muscles are super tight from stress, driving, working at a computer.

Your situation is different but my experience may be helpful for you.

    Thats whats helping me.
