    Why can I see my lower, but not upper, abs

    I’ve been eating at maintenance, tracking my macros, doing progressive body weight exercises and jump rope For cardio. I’ve made steady progress over the past nine months and will start a lean bulk after the summer.

    I usually see people saying that they can see their upper but not lower abs. For me, its the reverse and I haven’t found anything online about this. I have some rib flare, not sure if that plays into it. Just curious for thoughts. Thanks

    I can see them all
    But people hold fat differently in different places. Plus maybe do more upper and workouts.
    That size looks natty obtainable

    Genetics - Also this is normal, on almost everyone the upper abdominal are smaller and don't show through as much as the lower abs.

    That's why a defined 6 pack is rare, and 8packs are even more rare. Some people can be absolutely fookin shredded and still be repping a 4 pack.
