    Cannot cut fat

    Hello new to BB here.
Really need some advice and help. I have been cutting fat for about 4 months. Go to gym and do weight training for 1 hour at least 5 times a week, sometime add 30-50min cardio afterward. I did not play around during training session and really focus and train hard. I also pay attention to my diet, trying eat as clean as possible and create sufficient (at least I think) calorie gap. But weight did not drop, and i looked bit leaner after first month then did not change so much. I really do not know what I could do wrong.

First, you're not providing much in the way of details. "Training hard" and "eating clean" doesn't mean much. The amount of time you train doesn't mean much either. Regardless, if you're not losing weight, the problem is the portion I quoted. You don't have a sufficiently large calorie deficit.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

This will make you lose fat, but the only way to know if you have a sufficient calorie deficit is if you are actually losing weight. So if you're not losing 1-2 lbs a week your calorie deficit is not large enough and you need to eat less.

"Eating Clean" is not going to help you lose fat. Any food eaten to excess will cause you to gain weight. You could eat nothing but steamed broccoli and boiled chicken breasts but if you ate 4000 calories of them per day then you would still gain weight and get fatter.

You have to be willing to learn how to weight/measure and log literally everything that goes into your mouth in order to re-learn concepts like "proper portion size", "Macro nutrient values", and calorie amounts for what you are eating each day and understand that while no food is essentially "forbidden" that there are some foods which are a lot better for you to eat than others.

This will make you lose fat, but the only way to know if you have a sufficient calorie deficit is if you are actually losing weight. So if you're not losing 1-2 lbs a week your calorie deficit is not large enough and you need to eat less.
"harsh truth distributor" checks out, 100% agree

OP, you're focusing on the wrong things if you're purely looking to lose fat. if you're not losing anything in 2-3 weeks, you need to decrease your calories instead of trying to find some weird solutions

I can tell you this with almost 100% certainty. you are eating too much (true and valid). I went through a time where i stalled and felt the same way. rather then give you eat less i will give you what helped me

    1. measure cooking oils and count cooking fats. I was not and this was a mistake. not bad in the beginning when i was the size of a baby killer whale but very important as you progress
    2. Dont do cheat days. Eat something you love once a week. days=way to many calories
    3. Mix shakes with water.
    4. Dont count active calories or some watch contraptions spit out. Waste of time
    5. last and most important, measure until you dont need to anymore. I dont need to with everything but i still do with some foods im not familiar with.

How is eating less gonna help.?
Sorry for the direct question, I've read people saying eat less. I am 30, and I am having belly fat and trying to get rid of it by jogging daily 5km. I am eating in a way that I always feel hunger afterward like I am eating half of my hunger. Still, I am getting no benefit from eating less.
What should I do in this situation.? Any good suggestions.?

Consuming less calories than you burn is the ONLY way that fat loss happens.

If you believe you are getting no benefit from eating less, it must just be your perception. Usually, the problems are unrealistic expectations of what the results will be and/or not doing it long enough.

If you want a more personalised answer, we need to know your stats, how long you've been dieting, at what calorie level - and what your weight history is.

Literally the only way to lose fat is to be in a sustained caloric deficit and the only way to guarantee that you are in one is to weigh/measure/log literally everything going into your mouth. Just jogging then eating whatever you feel like isn't going to cut it.

Because the ONLY way to naturally lose weight/fat (not lipo, etc.) is to consistently eat fewer calories than you burn. It's science.

You could try cutting back exercise while lowering your calories and could experience reduced hunger. Once you get used to eating at an amount that gives you a rate of loss you're comfortable with, maintain that regime until you stall, then reintroduce more exercise without eating less, or eat less with your current activity.

Eating less is how you lose weight, that's the entire principle of it (taking in less calories than you're burning each day). I'm in the middle of a cut right now, how am I doing it? By reducing my food intake until I hit my sustainable weight loss zone of about 1.5-2 lbs per week. Am I hungry? Sure, I get hungry a few times a day, its just part of the process. After a couple weeks of being in a calorie deficit I barely notice it anymore.

Usually this occurs when you're not properly tracking your calories

if you really want to lose bodyfat get used to eating the exact same thing at the exact same time every day

not literally every day but consistently

d/l myfitnesspal from the app store. track the dressing/cooking oil you use... its not gonna be a piece of cake dude, losing fat is hard.
