Honestly just keep doing whatever it is you’re doing

    Eat enough

    Get plenty of protein

    Rest

    Cut any excess weight

If you're focused on the number of reps of pushups and pullups you can do then just keep practicing until that number increases. More of an endurance thing than a strength thing

If you're interested in building mass/strength then you need to find ways of making the exercises more difficult until they are in a lower rep range (as a wild ballpark if you can do 15-20+ reps then it isn't hard enough)

    For example:

Pushups pick one or a combination: elevate your legs, add weight to your back, rest one hand on a ball and perform the movement one armed, vary hand spacing to hit your chest or triceps to different degrees
Pullups (once you can do a decent number): add weight in a rucksack, get a band and practice one handed, vary your grip width to hit different parts of your lats
